Patient Portal Now Available!!!!

Our Electronic Medical Records system now features the web-based Patient Portal allowing patients and staff to communicate easily, safely and securely over the Internet. Patients will be given a secure login & password that will allow them to log into our practice system to Schedule/Cancel Appointments and see their own private set of documents including labs, diagnostics, billing statements, and messages.

****Please be advised that for identification & security reasons, our office will only supply a secure login & password at your next visit or IN PERSON ****

Secure patient communication is supported via email, fax, and web for:

Appointment scheduling and cancellation
Input or update demographic information
View “Approved” lab reports/results
Electronic reminders about appointments, alerts, labs, and immunization due dates
View Billing Statements
View and/or request Referral or Insurance Pre-Authorization
Send and receive messages to/from Front & Clinical Staff
